"The Garden," hosted by Sir Paul McCartney, concerns a Nicaraguan girl who is maimed by a landmine and must cope with her disability and the revelation that her father once laid landmines. Adopt-A-Minefield, the Polus Center and Global Care Unlimited, three State Department public-private partners in humanitarian mine action, cooperated in the production and are featured.
