New Orleans, famous for its french quarters and its colonial houses was totally destroyed after the Katrina Hurricane. The rebuilding of the black quarters is left behind with the city in ruins and this lack of interest is creating anger and increasing criminality with one person killed by shoot everyday. The inhabitants are currently trying to erase the crimes by defending themselves by their own means.
